These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Deara governing your access to and use of the app, website, features, content, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Deara in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced here.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Deara. We may require you to affirmatively accept the Terms again from time to time, and your continued use of the service after any change becomes effective will be treated as acceptance of the updated version.
You retain ownership of the photos, text, captions, tags, descriptions, timestamps, locations, and any other material you upload, submit, or otherwise provide through Deara (“User Content”). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
To operate the service, you grant Deara a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, and transferable license to host, process, reproduce, modify as needed for formatting or generation, display, transmit, and create derivative output solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, improving, and supporting the app. This license is temporary and ends when your User Content is removed from our systems, except to the extent retention is required by law, security needs, or ordinary backup practices.
Deara may generate captions, cards, suggestions, timelines, collage-style outputs, summaries, and similar results using automated systems. These outputs are produced for convenience, creative assistance, and informational presentation only.
We do not guarantee that any generated result will be accurate, complete, appropriate, timely, or suitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it, sharing it, or publishing it. Any reliance on generated results is at your own risk.
Deara may offer virtual currency, including coins, that can be purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system and used to access certain features or generation functions. Coins are consumable digital items with no cash value.
All purchases are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and Apple’s policies. Coins may not be redeemed for money, transferred to another user, or exchanged outside the app. We may adjust pricing, coin requirements, or the availability of purchase options at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deara and all related services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability.
We do not warrant that the app will meet your expectations, that outputs will be error-free, or that access will be uninterrupted or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you in full.
You must be at least 17 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the service without parental consent, whichever is higher. By using Deara, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
If you are using the app on behalf of a company or other entity, you further represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you may not use the service.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you provide and for any consequences that arise from submitting, generating, saving, sharing, or relying on that content. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload any material you submit to Deara.
You are responsible for keeping your account information secure, for reviewing generated results before use, and for using the service in a way that complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. You should not upload sensitive information unless you are comfortable with the way it may be processed by the service.
Deara is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be accessible, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays, failures, bugs, or loss of data.
We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the app at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, security, business, legal, or operational reasons. We are not liable for any unavailability or modification of the service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Deara grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your own non-commercial purposes. This license does not give you ownership of the app or any underlying technology.
You may use Deara to create, review, save, and share outputs within the scope of intended personal use, but you may not exploit the service in a way that competes with us or misrepresents the app as your own product or service. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by Deara and its licensors.
Deara, including its software, interface, branding, designs, logos, text, graphics, compilation of content, and underlying functionality, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license or ownership interest is transferred to you.
You may retain your rights in your own User Content, but you may not copy, adapt, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Deara’s proprietary elements except as permitted by law or by separate written authorization. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
You agree not to use Deara for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, uploading content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, harasses others, contains malware, or violates applicable law.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, crawl, automate, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its accounts, systems, or data. You may not use bots, scripts, or similar tools to interfere with normal operation, overload the service, manipulate usage, or evade purchase or rate limitations. You also may not upload illegal, extremist, deceptive, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Deara, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason permitted by law, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or created risk for the service, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app will end, though certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply as needed, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
Deara is a desk-focused AI image-to-image and content-generation app designed around a “Today’s Snap — Private Moments Timeline” concept. The service helps users turn one to four photos, text descriptions, tags, optional location data, and record times into share-ready results such as daily timelines, calendar-style recaps, keyword search views, daily collages, monthly photo walls, and “On This Day” cards.
The product is intentionally structured as a lightweight, fixed-direction experience rather than an open-ended prompt tool. It centers on preset scenarios and repeatable result cards, allowing users to add text first and photos later, revisit past outputs, save and share finished cards, and return to prior records for copying, deletion, or rerendering. Its goal is to help users quickly transform everyday desk, study, or workspace photos into a more organized visual record that feels ready to keep or post.
Deara’s visual and product language emphasizes a calm, handcrafted note-board aesthetic. The experience is intended to feel like a finished results space for desk posts, not a general-purpose AI system, and it focuses on captions, lightweight suggestions, and memory-friendly layouts rather than analysis, scoring, or consultation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deara and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This includes damages for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or the cost of substitute services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, or the minimum amount permitted by law if no payment was made.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we may update the “Last updated” date above and provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means when required.
Your continued use of Deara after any revised Terms become effective means that you accept the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Deara and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
This indemnity includes claims arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party right, or your misuse of the app. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully with us in that defense.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Deara is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
